For £20 a month you will get speeds up to 3.6MBps subject to network coverage & availability, a 3GB data allowance (fair usage policy) - enough for 100 hours of surfing, 1000 emails, 200 tunes or 100 video clips. All that you need is a Desk Top Computer or Laptop with a USB port & a bank account for the Direct Debit payments. If you wish to cancel at any time - just give Vodafone 30 days notice. Simple.
